If the return is due to supplier error (e.g. defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc), the supplier will shoulder the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to customer issue (e.g. wrong item ordered, customer remorse, etc), the customer is responsible for return postage.

Origin
Four Seasons Oolong is sourced from Lugu, Nantou, Taiwan, at about 800 m, from the Spring, 2026 harvest. Plants are seed-grown, keeping genetic diversity and a more individual character.
