If the return is due to supplier error (e.g. defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc), the supplier will shoulder the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to customer issue (e.g. wrong item ordered, customer remorse, etc), the customer is responsible for return postage.

Brewing
- Gongfu: 4 g / 100 ml; greens ~80°C, oolong/black near boil; short steeps.
- Western: 2–3 g / 250 ml; adjust time to taste.
