If the return is due to supplier error (e.g. defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc), the supplier will shoulder the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to customer issue (e.g. wrong item ordered, customer remorse, etc), the customer is responsible for return postage.

Origin
Organic Silver Needle is sourced from Nanguang Tea Garden, Fuding, Fujian, China, at about 600-900 m, from the Spring, 2025 harvest. Plants are seed-grown, keeping genetic diversity and a more individual character.
